I am Joya the sole owner of Trini EyeLash. I started this company December 25, 2021 while I was home with COVID-19......for the second time. I decided that I anted to do something for myself but I couldn't put my finger on what it was I really wanted to do. SO I decided to keep searching and I came across a TikTok video of Lashes and then I thought about my 15 year old goddaughter and her best friend who loves wearing them. 

In a matter of a few hours Trini EyeLash was birthed ! Trini comes from my goddaughter's name Trinity. I wanted to be able to leave her something that I know that she would love as she got older and wanted to work for herself. 

My goal is to provide you with quality products that will guarantee that you have made the right choice.

We currently ship through USPS First Class. Shipping & Processing Time 2-4 Business Days excluding Weekends & Holidays.Please note due to the Pandemic delivery may be delayed.

Can I return my item ? 

Due to sanitary reasons you can not return your lashes or lash accessory. However, if you are not satisfied with your products we will offer you an replacement of something else or a refund.

For best results, you can use baby shampoo which is a gentle cleanser. Lashes should be clean as needed to avoid buildup from dirt, makeup and oils.

Directions: 

1. Wash hands prior to cleaning your lashes. 

2. Pour hot water into a small container. Add a few drops of baby shampoo.

3. Submerge your lashes for up to 1 minute.

4. Remove lashes and use a pair of tweezers to gently pull off any remaining glue from the lash band. 

5. Rinse the lashes with warm water.

6. Blot the lashes on a paper towel to remove excess water.

7. For best results, place the lashes in their original container and allow them to air dry or blow dry. 

8. You can use the lash brush to brush them out.

Maintenance

TriniEyeLash are known for their quality and durability. With the proper care, they can be worn up to 20x. 

• Use tweezers to remove excess glue from the band after each wear.

• Always remember to store them in their original case after each use. This will help maintain their shape.

• Do not wear lashes longer than 24 hours nor sleep in them.

• Avoid MASCARA. Waterproof mascara is especially damaging to mink lashes. IF mascara is necessary, apply a thin layer only to your real lashes before application.

• Avoid any oil or oil-based products on the lash band.

• If your lashes seem to be losing shape, you can gently wiggle both ends back and forth to restore the natural shape.
